Millipore Corporation Announces New Facility In Singapore
The announcement was made by Millipore President & CEO Martin Madaus who is visiting Singapore, Beijing and Tokyo this week for BioForum Asia conferences, which brings leading scientists and researchers together to examine emerging trends.

"Many of our large multinational customers and local manufacturers have made significant investments in Asia and this new facility continues and enhances the local support that we have provided over the past 25 years we have been in Singapore."
Millipore's Singapore facility will be located in Science Park, and is scheduled to open in early 2009. The facility will be designed to support biopharmaceutical manufacturing, continuing Millipore's long established tradition of providing technical support in products and services. The facility will allow local and regional customers to investigate, explore and optimize their separations, purifications and monitoring processes and be supported by local, regional and international experts.
